Back when in 2001 when I originally started F’N Mental, a guy by the name of Hilds, who is from London started commenting in the forum. Him and I hit it off as friends and we’re still friends 14 years later. Over the years Hilds and I have had many conversations about all kinds of stuff. But there is one things that we have had many discussions about and that is guns.
Hilds is against Americans owning guns and even though I don’t own a gun, I believe in the right to own a gun if I want to. But I grew up around guns and gun owners, so I know that guns aren’t evil, the person that uses a gun to do something evil is the evil one.
Over the years I’ve tried to explain to Hilds, guns or no guns, fucked up people are going to do fucked up things. I’ve even told him, “Even if guns were made illegal here in the States, if a criminal wants a gun, they’ll figure out a way to get a gun.” But he still stands his ground against guns.
Over the years, I couldn’t figure out why he disliked guns so much? Well today while I was on Facebook, I see this recommended article to read, “15 Dumb Criminals” as I skimmed through it, reading a few, I see this, “Robbers hands over his gun“. So I decided to read it, and the attempted Bank Robbery, was attempted in London. (No it wasn’t Hilds) But I just thought to myself, “Now I see why guns are illegal in England, those fuckers aren’t smart enough to use one to break the law! lol”
